O’Keeffe Golf Performance works to assess you as the player and in turn help you improve physically to enhance your performance on the golf course. Our assessments highlight physical limitations and design bespoke golf fitness training exercises and programmes to target your swing faults. Our in person assessment will use a combination of a physical assessment and a Trackman assessment to create baseline data between your body and your swing. Your bespoke workout programme will create an awareness of good movement patterns, added mobility, increased club head speed, and will help to prevent injury and promote longevity in the game we all love.
